Admire your Worth
This is a very nice story...
The butcher looks inside and, lo and behold, there is a ten dollar note there. So he takes the money and puts the sausages and lamb in a bag, placing it in the dog's mouth.
The butcher is so impressed, and since it's about closing time, he decides to shut up shop and follow the dog. So off he goes. The dog is walking down the street when he comes to a level crossing. The dog puts down the bag, jumps up and presses the button. Then he waits patiently, bag in mouth, for the lights to turn. They do, and he walks across the road, with the butcher following him all the way. The dog then comes to a bus stop, and starts looking at the timetable. The butcher is in awe at this stage.
The dog checks out the times, and then sits on one of the seats provided.
Along comes a bus. The dog walks around to the front, looks at the number, and goes back to his seat. Another bus comes. Again the dog goes and looks at the number, notices it's the right bus, and climbs on.
The butcher, by now, open-mouthed, follows him onto the bus. The bus travels through the town and out into the suburbs, the dog looking at the scenery. Eventually he gets up, and moves to the front of the bus. He stands on 2 back paws and pushes the button to stop the bus. Then he gets off, his groceries still in his mouth.
Well, the dog and the butcher are walking along the road, and then the dog turns into a house. He walks up the path, and drops the groceries on the step. Then he walks back down the path, takes a big run, and throws himself against the door. He goes back down the path, runs up to the door and again, it throws himself against it.
There's no answer at the house, so the dog goes back down the path, jumps up on a narrow wall, and walks along the perimeter of the garden.
He gets to the window, and beats his head against it several times, walks back, jumps off, and waits at the door.
The butcher watches as a big guy opens the door, and starts abusing the dog, kicking him and punching him, and swearing at him. The butcher runs up, and stops the guy. "What in heaven's name are you doing? The dog is a genius. He could be on TV, for the life of me!" To which the guy responds: "You call this clever? This is the second time this week that this stupid dog's forgotten his key."
Moral of the story: You may actually be performing miraculously but shall always fall short of the bosses' expectations. So don't get disappointed , instead learn to admire your worth yourself !!!

Expect the Unexpected
Do you believe in the saying "Expect the Unexpected"?
On my opinion, it is not bad to have expectations but sometimes it is still better not to expect anything especially expect something from anyone. Sometimes those things that we do not expect just happens to us.
What is the advantage of having expectations?
When you expect of something and think of it for a couple of times, you began to attract the thought of it. "Thought becomes things"~ The Secret
What is the disadvantage of having expectations?
Too much expectations may lead to disappointment when the outcome does not meet your expectations.
Expectation from yourself
- Needs your own effort to fulfill it. "When it fails, there's no one to be blame other than you"
Expectation from others
- Requires other people to your needs. Note: "You must not promise anything to a person when you are not sure of it"
Still it is you who will decide for yourself. You are the one who has the ability to fulfill whatever goals and expectations you have. You must not be dependent to others. If you think you are on the wrong path, make your move! :)

Love is Complicated
As far as I remember, when we had our annual gathering, we had a game so called "truth or consequence". In that game, we have to tell only the truth in every question. One question for me is to choose between two guys, a guy whom i knew for quite some time but gives effort for the past two weeks and the other guy is a quiet person but when we are together shows his true personality and it has been more than a year since we've known each other that made us more closer.
Right after I answered that question, that is the time when he started to ignore me. Anyway, here is my answer: If I am going to choose based on what is the status of our friendship now, I will choose the guy whom I find myself comfortable to talk with, share my secrets, let out of my problems and seek advices. I am referring to the second guy mentioned earlier. He is a very quiet person but when he speak out, it really has a sense.
The reason why I did not choose the other guy is because of some of his personality. I think we are not compatible. Sorry to say that but that is how I feel when we are together. I knew that he tried his best to please me and I appreciate all the efforts. He is a friend for me and I accept him for who he was and whatever characteristics he have which I think we are not compatible but am willing to adjust for us to be okay.
Maybe I hurt his feelings that's why he ignores me. But is it enough reason to forget our friendship? (sigh..)
"Is it right to let go of the person you love when you know that he/she is happy with someone else? or should you fight for love? "
"Can't it be possible that the person you love will also fallen in love with you?"
Love is so complicated for the one that you love the most doesn't love you.

Panglao Tour (2nd day)
At 10:00am in the morning, our tour guide Mang Gerry fetch us at Lost Horizon Resort for our Panglao tour. And here we go again for our second day tour (c/o Spencer Bohol Tours)...
2. Seashell Museum
You can find here the different kinds of shells, even it is a crab shell, wooden shell of whatever... It is just amazing that the owner has collected those shells. He also shared to us the very expensive shell he collected that according to him, it was found in the very deepest part of the ocean near the islands of Panglao. The size of that shell was unbelievably small and in able for you to see it, you need to use a magnifying glass. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the picture of that shell.
3. Daks & Gams Wildlife Park
We took our lunch here as the tour guide and other people highly recommends this place. I ordered honey glazed chicken and this is what it looks like..

Bohol Countryside Tour (1st day)
March 14, 2008 2:00am – Ardee and I meet at Starbucks Shangri-la and look for a taxi that will get us to Mcdo in Evangelista Makati. When we got there, we have waited for an hour to meet Ate Mylene and go to Domestic Airport in Pasay. We arrive to the airport so early, but it is alright to be early because there are so many people and we have to go through the initial checking, pay the terminal fee (P200.00) and so on. At exactly 5:15am, our flight number has just been called and we are now going inside the plane.
Terminal Fee
view outside the plane
More pictures as we arrived to Tagbilaran…
This will be the start of our tour. We avail the package tour of Spencer but unfortunately, he was not able to attend to us because he has an emergency meeting in Cebu. So, he sent us a different tour guide that will fetch us in the airport.
Oh! Where is our tour guide? I have contacted him and yes we’ve seen him. He was just in front of me. hahaha :)
1. Blood Compact Site
2. Baclayon Church
3. Baclayon Museum
The museum is beside Baclayon Church. We went inside but didn’t take any pictures because cameras and cellphone with cameras is not allowed to use inside the premises.
4. Chocolate Hills
Chocolate Hills is located at Carmen. Actually along the way, you will already see some of the hills. But in order for you to have a better view of it, you have to climb the 214 steps to see the top view of it.
5. Butterfly Garden
Actually it is not included in our tour package itinerary, but because we demanded our good tour guide to bring us there for the moment and he did not hesitate to do so.
We went inside for about 5 minutes to see the butterflies flew from side to side of the net and we even touched them. You can rarely see butterflies nowadays in Manila maybe because of the pollution and the people who has no heart for the good creation of God. I do really like them as they are so beautiful.
6. Man-made Forest
It is a project of the government before and now it is one of the best tourist spot in Bohol. I felt like I am in different country while travelling in between those big trees.
7. Hanging Bridge
It's really scary at first when you tried to walk in the bridge that keeps on moving and screeching. Scared that when you're in the middle, it will fall apart. waaa!
8. Buko King
At the end of the Hanging Bridge, Buko King will greet and entertain you with his amazing talent. He is known here in the Philippines because he can open a Buko using his teeth only.
9. Loboc River Floating Restaurant
Loboc river is known for its green water and the floating restaurants. The best time to go there is during lunch time because floating restau will be open at 11am to 1pm only (according to our tour guide). They got a wide variety of food choices there (buffet style) and as you are eating, the boat will be cruising around the place.
10. Busay Falls
Busay falls is also located at Loboc river and see it as you ride the floating restaurant.
11. Tarsier
Tarsiers are the smallest living monkey on Earth. They got huge eyes and has a small body.
12. Aproniana Gift Shop
This is the last stop where you can find a wide variety of pasalubong. We bought peanut kisses as our pasalubong. Peanut Kisses is a sweet buttered peanut like a shape of chocolate hills or hersheys kisses. It is one good pasalubong to everyone because its price is affordable.
